A review is presented on the contraindications, care and cleaning of the stones and equipment, and important facts like temperature and handling of the stones. Cold marble stone therapy is introduced with lecture and demonstrations.

Release techniques for the Low Back area are taught which includes the Periformis, QL, and Psoas. Shoulder area releases are demonstrated, as well as problems areas in the neck and extremities, like Carpal Tunnel and Plantar Fasciitis.
