Carrie has been a massage therapist since 1992. Her studies at the Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach, Va., focused on the holistic methods developed by Edgar Cayce for health and wellness.

Her practice covers a vast number of modalities including intense study in cancer and lymphedema. She is a Manual Lymph Drainage therapist (MLD) and does Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) as well.

As a business owner since 1994 Carrie has shared with excitement her knowledge of holistic wellness and taken it into mainstream society. Developing mind-body centered programs for all age groups her light hearted teaching methods show a compassion for all. No matter if you find her teaching a spirit-filled movement class or a lecture on numerous topics her contagious positive attitude shows a desire to share all she knows with others.
